Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects - A background delivering IT infrastructure, networking, telecommunications or cyber security projects - Strong customer-facing stakeholder management experience - Experience using MS Project and Azure DevOps - Strong Agile delivery experience with a good understanding of PRINCE2 principles - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance - Previous experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT Services business would be highly advantageous, but is not essential
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer projects - Oversee the successful delivery of infrastructure, networking and cyber security initiatives from inception through to completion - Work closely with customers, technical engineers and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a consistently high standard - Balance project governance with relationship management across a customer-facing environment

You will join a well-established delivery team with mature processes already in place, allowing you to focus on successful project execution, stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based in London, with just one office visit per month, offering significant exposure to technical delivery and customer engagement across a diverse client base. The role involves working on enterprise infrastructure and cyber security programmes, including Managed Security Services (SOC), Microsoft Sentinel, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), network and infrastructure services, and cloud and security transformation projects.
