We are seeking a skilled Java Developer / Consultant with expertise in Java SpringBoot and AWS to join our dynamic team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that involve migrating legacy systems to cloud environments, primarily within the financial sector. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing client systems with modern cloud-native solutions. The position provides a mix of remote and on-site work, fostering a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance while maintaining close collaboration with clients and team members.

• *Qualifications
• Proven experience in Java development, including multi-threading and concurrency concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SpringBoot framework and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud deployment strategies.
• Solid grasp of software development principles and computer science fundamentals such as Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
