Join a high-performance front-office team at a major financial institution to build the next generation of strategic EFX pricing and auto-hedging capabilities. The Role

• Lead the development of real-time, low-latency pricing services for FX Swaps and NDF auto-hedging using high-performance Java.
• Engineer low-latency systems leveraging Zero-GC JVMs, core pinning, and kernel bypass networking to ensure market-leading execution speeds.
• Collaborate directly with the Quantitative Strategies Group (QSG) and Traders to refine algorithmic requirements and enhance back-testing capabilities.
• Drive the full Agile SDLC, from initial requirements gathering to providing L3 production support for critical E-Trading infrastructure.
• Manage venue upgrades and regulatory updates across the EFX stack, including market access, dashboards, and price distribution systems.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of expertise in Java server-side development with a deep understanding of multi-threading, algorithms, and data structures.
• Proven experience in Pricing or Algo-Trading across any asset class (FX, Equities, Fixed Income) with KDB/Q knowledge.
• Advanced technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Full-stack systems knowledge ranging from Java optimization to Linux internals and high-performance networking.
• Professional proficiency with modern SDLC tools including Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Agile methodologies.
