This role will suit candidates with strong full-stack capability, combining backend Java development with modern front-end technologies such as React. You will work across microservices architecture, contributing to both design and delivery in an Agile environment.
Key requirements: Strong Java (8+), Spring Boot & Spring MVC experience
Experience building REST APIs & microservices
Full-stack capability: React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
Knowledge of JEE (JSF, JPA, Servlets, JDBC)
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven) and Git
Familiar with IntelliJ (or similar IDEs)
Understanding of TDD & automated testing
Strong collaboration across product, QA & engineering teams
Awareness of web accessibility standards/tools
Nice to Have: Node.js or Redux
Performance tools (e.g. Glowroot, JProfiler)
