Java Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- We are looking for a developer with commercial Java development experience.

• We need experience building desktop applications that interface with hardware systems.
• We value experience with network protocols.
• We would like experience in audio or DSP environments.
• You must be based in the UK and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you work on a complex desktop application written in Java.

• We will need you to develop new features while maintaining an existing production platform.
• We will have you work on communication between our software and external hardware devices.
• We will expect you to take ownership of areas of the application as you build knowledge of the system.

Company:

We are a small engineering business based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, developing software and hardware for professional audio systems used in live environments, touring, and installation. You will join our R&D team and contribute to a core application used in audio control and system configuration. This is a hybrid role with a salary of up to £60k depending on experience.
