The Role

• Develop and operate the off-exchange trading system and products using Java
• Maintain and extend the JVM-based networking platform for new trading venues and asset classes
• Implement new cross-asset pricing features
• Contribute to a high-impact role with direct influence on profit and loss
• Work within one of the few Java teams in the high-frequency trading space

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional experience in Java and/or Kotlin development
• Strong understanding of modern JVMs, particularly around performance optimisation
• Excellent testing skills and appreciation for their importance
• Proactive approach to managing multiple projects
• Highly numerate with strong problem-solving capabilities
