• *The Role
• Lead the end-to-end development of business-critical financial applications using Java.
• Architect and implement robust backend services utilizing Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Integration.
• Design and manage complex data schemas within Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.
• Drive cloud-native excellence by deploying and managing infrastructure via AWS and Terraform.
• Act as a technical bridge, translating complex stakeholder requirements into scalable software solutions using Jira for workflow management.
• *What You'll Need
• 10+ years of professional Java development experience, specifically within large-scale enterprise or Financial Services environments.
• Mastery of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Integration for mission-critical processing.
• Deep technical expertise in database management with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record of cloud infrastructure delivery using AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver technical roadmaps.
