About The Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support our talent acquisition platform.

You will work within an agile environment that emphasizes continuous improvement, test-driven development, and collaborative problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely or from one of our offices located in London, Berlin, or Bilbao. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience with modern development practices. Our backend infrastructure primarily utilizes Node.js, with some components in Ruby and Go, while the frontend leverages Pixi.js for Canvas and WebGL rendering.

Familiarity with automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment processes is essential. Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate a keen interest in software craftsmanship and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Additional Qualifications Include

• At least 2 years of experience working in an agile or XP environment, with a preference for experience in TDD and refactoring.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.
• Experience with automated deployment tools such as Ansible is a plus.
