• *THE PROBLEM**

Healthcare apps and government policy are not arresting or reversing the rise in the number of individuals forecasted to develop lifestyle disease.

This will cost

• Governments billions of pounds to treat their citizens.
• Companies millions of pounds due to falls in productivity.
• Finally, for individuals in the worst-case scenario is they lose their lives, alternatively they could spend years managing a chronic disease or the reverse the preventable disease and recover.

Being overweight or obese significantly increases the risk of devastating, preventable diseases, including, type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart and liver disease, stroke and related mental health conditions.

• *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Working within the software development team, you will

• be designing and building THIER’s core technology stack with a focus on hands-on development under the guidance of senior developers.
• Architect secure, scalable systems integrating frontend and backend web development frameworks.
• *Technological Expertise**

Must haves

• HTML proficiency
• CSS proficiency
• Knowledge and experience with a modern JS framework

Bonuses

• Exposure with working with Google Cloud or an alternative cloud hosting provider.
• Experience with LLM AI prompting and relevant safe development practices.

This role is fully remote and work anywhere, anytime. This means we are happy for you to set your own hours and work wherever and however you want. There are a couple of meetings per week that you should attend within the standard working hours, but we also have a degree of flexibility in moving these calls to suit your schedule.

We are currently seeking an investment round for this project. For the time being, you will be offered a competitive equity package in the company followed by a salary when sufficient funding is secured.
