Requirements
Must have:
- We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong knowledge of AI, LLMs and agentic coding.
- We require hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal models at scale in production.
- We require a strong understanding of scalable MLOps, observability and cloud-native AI deployment.
- We require strong Python coding skills and API development skills.
- We value collaborative and pragmatic engineers with advanced stakeholder communication, problem-solving and project management skills in Agile environments.
- We require a 2.1 or above bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI or a related STEM discipline.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is advantageous.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks is advantageous.
- Experience with Langfuse, Langsmith, MCP (Model Context Protocol) and bias mitigation techniques is advantageous.
