Lead Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Deep experience with C#/.NET and backend systems - Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, and system design - Proficiency in C#, .NET (Core/Framework) - Experience with SQL Server - Familiarity with REST APIs and distributed systems - Knowledge of Angular / modern front-end technologies - Experience with microservices architecture - Understanding of messaging systems (RabbitMQ) is a plus - Knowledge of SignalR, C++, or Oracle is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Define and influence system architecture - Guide best practices across the development team - Stay close to the code; this is not a hands-off role - Support delivery while improving scalability, structure, and maintainability - Mentor developers and elevate engineering standards
