Lead Java Developer

• *About the Job you are considering:**

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java and modern backend engineering practices The ideal candidate should have solid experience in designing and developing scalable applications guiding developers and ensuring high quality delivery within an agile environment

• *Hybrid working:**

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

• *Your Role:
• Lead the technical design development and implementation of Java based backend services
• Provide hands-on coding support and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical solutions and integrate RESTful APIs
• Drive best practices in coding standards CICD pipelines and version control
• Ensure code quality through unit testing frameworks such as JUnit
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Participate in code reviews sprint planning and architectural discussions
• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer with leadership or mentor responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in
• Java 11 17
• Spring Boot
• Gradle or Maven
• REST API development integration
• Experience with JUnit for unit testing
• Handson exposure to tools and practices
• GIT
• CICD pipelines Jenkins preferred
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
