About the Role The successful candidate will oversee the design, build, and enhancement of complex applications, working closely with architecture, security, infrastructure, and business‑facing teams. This position combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership responsibilities, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of enterprise‑grade applications using the Microsoft stack
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system designs
• Write efficient, scalable, testable code and set development standards for the team
• Conduct code reviews, ensure solution quality, and drive best‑practice engineering
• Mentor junior developers and promote modern engineering methodologies

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• MS SQL Server (T‑SQL, stored procedures, functions)
• SSIS and ETL toolsets
• Real‑time data loading
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise development practices
• Ability to work across system integrations using SOA and web services

Useful Skills

• SSAS, SSRS, and data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• C#, ASP.NET, MVC
