About The Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Developer to join Infosec’s dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable data platforms and applications that underpin the company's core operations.

As a key technical leader, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across various departments to craft innovative solutions that enhance data integration, reporting, and automation capabilities. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a senior development or technical leadership role, preferably within financial services, asset management, or fintech sectors.

Essential qualifications include strong proficiency in Python programming, with extensive experience in building and optimizing data solutions. Expertise in PostgreSQL database management and data modeling is required, along with hands-on experience working with Azure Data Factory and other Microsoft cloud services. Candidates should demonstrate advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, as well as experience in developing data pipelines and automation tools.

Excellent stakeholder management, business analysis capabilities, and familiarity with SharePoint are also important. A passion for technological innovation and a deep understanding of financial markets will set candidates apart.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable data platforms and applications, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards.
• Build and optimize Python-based solutions, automation tools, and data processing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance PostgreSQL databases and data models to support business operations and analytics.
• Implement and manage Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Data Flow solutions for seamless data integration and transformation.
• Create and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Drive best practices in software development, data engineering, and project management across teams.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions that add value.
• Support the adoption and integration of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools, to enhance operational efficiency.
