Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience in a Lead Developer, Technical Lead or Principal Developer role - Strong Python development experience - Expert-level PostgreSQL knowledge - Azure Data Factory experience - Strong Power BI capabilities - Experience building data pipelines and reporting solutions - Strong stakeholder management and Business Analysis skills - SharePoint experience - Financial Services, Asset Management, ETF, FinTech or Capital Markets experience - Passion for technology and innovation
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable data platforms and applications - Build and optimise Python-based solutions and automation tools - Develop and maintain PostgreSQL databases and data models - Deliver Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Data Flow solutions - Create insightful Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities - Drive technical best practice across development teams - Mentor developers and provide technical leadership - Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions - Support the adoption of AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools - Integrate financial and market data into internal systems and reporting platforms
