Requirements
Must have:
- Strong people management and technical leadership skills and experience - Strong technical background with Unity and C# development within a games environment - Ability to provide technical guidance, problem solving, and remove any blockers - Advanced communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team and provide technical guidance - Conduct 1-2-1s and code reviews - Mentor team members to develop their skills and experience - Take ownership of complex systems and proactively address performance and scalability bottlenecks - Assist engineers in problem solving and unblocking backlog
