- Build ML capabilities that power our product - Collaborate with the research team to productionise innovative ideas - Evaluate and integrate established methods or develop new algorithms - Ensure reliability and maintainability within a complex, integrated codebase - Liaise with clients to understand engineering problems our product can address - Guide clients through new workflows and diagnose complex issues - Analyze problems related to data quality, unexpected model behavior, configuration, or bugs - Shape product direction by balancing ML research insights with customer needs and practical production requirements
