We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to act as a technical facilitator for a high-stakes migration project, utilizing Broadcom/CA technologies to drive complex data transformations. • *The Role
• Serve as the technical SME and facilitator between a specialist modernization firm and their high-profile end client.
• Design, code, and maintain mission-critical Mainframe applications using Broadcom (formerly CA) IDMS and the Integrated Data Dictionary (IDD).
• Develop and optimize high-performance navigational database systems using ADS/Online and COBOL.
• Master the proprietary Migrationware IDMS Solution to accurately demonstrate and represent technical migration paths to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and refine legacy data structures to ensure seamless integration and performance during the modernization lifecycle.

• Expert-level knowledge of Mainframe IDMS (Broadcom/CA) navigational database management systems.
• Proven experience in legacy modernization projects involving COBOL, ADS/Online, and Integrated Data Dictionary (IDD).
• Strong consultancy skills with the ability to translate complex technical migration strategies to end-client stakeholders.
• A proactive learning mindset to quickly gain proficiency in specialist Migrationware toolsets.
• Candidate must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK for this remote-first engagement.
