Requirements
Must have:
- We are looking for an experienced Node Engineer with SME-level technical expertise.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
UK-based candidates are preferred.
Experience working in a contract or B2B engagement is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support our internal communications platform as it transitions from a third-party vendor into internal ownership.
Provide SME-level technical expertise and support throughout the transition.
Work closely with our teams across the UK, India and China.
Help ensure a smooth handover and ongoing stability of the platform.

We are a leading Tier 1 financial services organisation seeking a Node Engineer to support a high-profile internal communications platform during a transition to internal ownership. This is a hybrid role based in London, Birmingham, Sheffield or Edinburgh, with two days per month in the office. The engagement is ideally on a B2B basis, and we work with delivery teams in India and China to ensure a smooth and stable transition.
