We are looking for a Power BI expert to spearhead the development of resilient, high-availability dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and the Azure ecosystem. • Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting lifecycles and dynamic dashboards using Power BI and DAX to provide actionable stakeholder insights.
• Lead data connectivity and validation efforts, ensuring seamless synchronization across Azure Managed Services and complex SQL data sources.
• High-level performance tuning: Optimize refresh patterns and resource usage to meet FinOps goals and ensure stability under heavy user loads.
• Ecosystem Governance: Manage Power BI Service workspace security, capacity performance monitoring, and environment health.
• Agile Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical engineering squads and business stakeholders to refine operational performance metrics.

• Proven expertise in the Microsoft Power BI stack, including advanced Power Query (M) and complex DAX measure creation.
• Technical proficiency in Azure Managed Services and a solid understanding of Power BI Service administration/governance.
• A strong background in Database Design, Data Mining, or Data Analysis with a focus on visual storytelling for non-technical audiences.
• Professional Certification: Ideally a Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) qualification.
