Power BI Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and stakeholder engagement - Proven background in manufacturing or operational environments - Proactive, personable, and confident when engaging with non-technical stakeholders - Ability to translate data insights into practical operational improvements

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and enhancement of Power BI reporting across operations - Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and commercial teams - Integrate data from multiple systems including ERP, CRM, and HR/payroll - Improve and develop the existing reporting infrastructure - Introduce innovative ideas around data usage, including external data sources and APIs - Drive the adoption of Business Intelligence throughout the business, going beyond dashboard creation
