Principal Angular Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Expert Angular experience (v21 or recent versions) - Strong frontend architecture and scalability experience - Proficient in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks - Experience with CI/CD and best engineering practices - Interest in emerging tech and AI is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Lead Angular frontend architecture and strategy across multiple teams - Deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend solutions - Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and future-facing technology exploration - Mentor and guide senior and mid-level engineers - Improve frontend processes, CI/CD, and engineering standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence platform direction

We are a stable, growing SaaS business based in Ruddington (Nottingham) looking for a Principal Angular Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple product teams. Our ideal candidate is passionate about technical excellence, mentoring, and cross-team influence.
