HawksworthHawksworth UK are now hiring for a two Production Support Software Engineer's to work for a global FinTech client that specialize in Wealth Management Solutions & IT Platforms.
The successful candidates will support the UK Production Support Team delivering high-quality support to the internal teams & clients where you will help resolve issues, assist with version upgrades and contribute to continuous improvement.
£80,000 + Package
Hybrid working- 1 day in the office per week (Thursday)
Required skills & experience:
10 years Production Support experience
Java / Spring experience – Essential
Writing Data Correction scripts and Writing SQL scripts.
Software Engineering and SDLC experience
Excellent communication skills, happy talking and helping internal teams and clients
Degree education in an IT related subject
Experience with application servers (Jboss/WebSphere).
Experience in writing SQL query reports and data correction scripts including writing stored procedures in SQL Server.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps automation (CI/CD, Helm, Terraform) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch
Financial Service experience is highly desirable, as is Wealth Management industry and FIX Protocol/ trading platforms.
