Managing pricing, forecasts, profitability, and contract compliance
Acting as the senior interface with OEM customers
Driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering background
5+ years in aerospace programme or project management
Strong OEM exposure and commercial awareness
Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
High-visibility role on major aerospace programmes
Real ownership and decision-making authority
