• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes, managing massive roadmaps, schedules, and multi-million pound budgets.
• Act as a high-level liaison between engineering teams, global stakeholders, and business units to ensure technical deliverables align with customer-focused solutions.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking platform performance, reliability metrics, and compliance standards to enhance system efficiency.

• Proven experience delivering technical programmes within a complex, global enterprise environment.
• Mastery of Agile, Lean, and Modern Delivery methodologies with a track record of driving high-performing engineering cultures.
• Strong technical foundation with a degree in Computer Science or significant professional experience in API design, Cloud Platforms, and Digital Product Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Financial Management, including budget planning, cost control, and ROI reporting for large-scale IT&S initiatives.
