Drive the future of UK finance by spearheading large-scale Core Banking and Digital Transformation programmes. We’re looking for a heavy-hitting Programme Manager to lead complex platform migrations and data transitions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies for high-profile banks and fintech disruptors.

• *The Role
• Lead end-to-end Core Banking platform implementations from initial discovery and mobilisation through to final BAU transition.
• Orchestrate complex data migration workstreams, ensuring seamless integrity and platform stability during large-scale digital shifts.
• Define and execute robust programme governance frameworks and timelines across multi-million pound technology portfolios.
• Manage high-level stakeholder relationships across technical, commercial, and C-Suite circles to ensure alignment on delivery models.
• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced banking environments, managing diverse teams of engineers and analysts.
• *What You'll Need
• Proven track record as a Programme Manager delivering major Core Banking or Digital Transformation projects within Banking or Fintech.
• Deep expertise in complex Data Migration and Platform Migration strategies within high-compliance financial environments.
• Exceptional command of delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Previous experience working directly with UK Banks, Building Societies, or fast-growth Fintech organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape delivery models and resource plans from the ground up.
