The Python Developer will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging their existing Python skills and expanding their expertise in scientific computing, machine learning frameworks, and data pipeline tools. The role involves supporting the development of algorithms that underpin the company's medical monitoring platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with healthcare standards. The position offers flexibility with remote working, complemented by occasional on-site meetings, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- *Qualifications
- A degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Proven programming experience in Python, preferably within a data-centric environment.
- Knowledge of the Python scientific stack, including NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and related libraries, is highly desirable.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow or Prefect, and data processing platforms such as Spark or Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, GIT, and Linux environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- *Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of deep learning models used for patient monitoring and signal processing.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of algorithms within the company's medical platform.
- Assist in maintaining and improving data pipelines and workflows using tools like Airflow or Prefect.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration processes to ensure best practices are maintained.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
