Python Developer (SC Cleared)

Requirements

Must have:

- Strong hands-on experience in Python with substantial experience of building production-grade applications.

• Current SC Security Clearance or eligibility for SC Clearance.
• Experience in Golang including developing scalable backend services.
• Experience in C# / .NET including building enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience of designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, service-to-service communication, and fault tolerance.
• Ability to build RESTful APIs and integrating services across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with asynchronous/thread processing, messaging systems, and background workers.
• Strong experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization.

Company:

We are seeking a Python Developer with current SC Security Clearance to join our central government team in Milton Keynes. This position is full-time on-site and involves working on exciting projects that contribute significantly to the public sector.

We offer a 6-month contract with a scope to extend, and compensation is set at £530.00 per day inside IR35.
