Role: Software Engineer (Python with AI exp)

Location: Ipswich, UK

Number of hours: 40 hours per week – full time

We are looking for a highly capable Software Engineer with strong Python development, software design, and AI tools expertise. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of solutions, drive technical excellence, and independently deliver high-quality software products.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

 Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design experience.

 Hands-on expertise in Python development and application architecture.

 Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.

 Knowledge of AI/Generative AI tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices.

 Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

 Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
