Requirements
Must have:
- A 1st class or 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a STEM subject from a top-ranked university - 3+ years of experience in Python development - Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL, and AWS - Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins - Very strong software engineering principles - Enthusiasm for a startup environment and cross-functional teams - Passion for automation and data infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-impact features across our platform - Work closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and data scientists to build reliable systems that solve complex financial problems - Help build next-generation tools for funding and working capital optimisation - Develop secure, scalable, and smart financial technology solutions from the ground up - Take ownership of individual projects and help drive meaningful product outcomes
