We are looking for a React Specialist to join a high-impact team, leveraging modern JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, and functional programming to deliver enterprise-scale applications. You will bridge the gap between UI/UX design and technical implementation, ensuring every component is accessible, performant, and scalable.
The Role
- Lead the development of user-facing features using React.js and modern JavaScript, ensuring high-quality code across the SDLC.
- Architect and maintain reusable UI component libraries using HTML5 and CSS3 to streamline delivery across multiple teams.
- Collaborate directly with Backend Engineers and QA teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Drive performance optimization and debugging using browser profiling and React Dev Tools to ensure rapid cross-browser compatibility.
- Shape the front-end landscape by participating in rigorous code reviews and contributing to best practices in an Agile environment.
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Front-End Engineering with a deep focus on React and its core principles.
- Proven expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, and state management within enterprise-scale application environments.
- Strong commitment to accessibility standards (WCAG) and building responsive designs that work flawlessly on any device.
- Experience working within an Agile delivery model, translating complex business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
