Requirements
Must have:
- 5 years of experience developing multi-threaded server-side applications using Java - 3 years of experience as a design authority for complex software solutions - Strong understanding of MVC frameworks such as Struts and JSF, and web application development - Experience with databases, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of key technical areas and ensure best practices in design and development - Lead architectural decisions and guide team members on best practices - Build and optimize multi-threaded server-side applications in Java - Participate in stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog planning - Work with product teams to refine requirements and ensure seamless functionality - Write and maintain test scenarios, troubleshoot defects, and produce technical documentation - Contribute across the software development lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment
