Must have:
- We need hands-on experience in automation or AI-enabled solution development.
We need strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
We need experience working in or with government or public sector organisations.
We need the ability to operate across both technical and stakeholder-facing workstreams.
We need proficiency in UIPath.
We need strong stakeholder management skills.
We need familiarity with AI and automation technologies.
Responsibilities:
- We conduct business analysis to identify, scope, and document automation opportunities within our spoke.
We support the development and configuration of AI-enabled automation solutions through to deployment.
We engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
We contribute to testing, quality assurance, and iterative refinement of automation outputs.
We work closely with the Spoke Delivery Lead and the wider programme team to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Company:
We are offering a 9-month contract inside IR35 with a hybrid working model, requiring office attendance once a month in Glasgow and once a month in Edinburgh, with remote working for the rest of the time. This role sits within an AI-enabled automation programme focused on delivering impactful solutions in the public sector.
