Ruby Developer

• *Role Responsibilities
• Design challenging coding problems with clear input/output specs, constraints, and explicit function signatures.
• Develop complete mini-repos, including problem statements, reference solutions, comprehensive unit tests (10–20 cases), and executable test runners.
• Implement clean, production-quality Ruby code aligned strictly with test expectations.
• Write high-coverage tests covering edge cases, invalid inputs, and performance constraints.
• Ensure full executability with no missing gems, dependency conflicts, or configuration mismatches.
• *Qualifications
• *Must-Have
• 3–6 years of backend development experience in Ruby.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, including OOP principles and idiomatic Ruby practices.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Sinatra, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of MVC architecture and service-oriented design.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using RSpec or Minitest.
• Familiarity with Bundler, Docker, and basic CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Strong understanding of clean code, modular design, and test-driven development.
• Comfortable working with Git-based collaboration (PRs, issues, reviews).
