AmpstekProgram / Engagement Manager – SAP ECC Assessment & Production Support
Lead governance, coordination, and delivery execution for the Phase 1 assessment and production support engagement. Ensure disciplined reporting, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of findings-based outputs. Coordinate Epsilon as the first activity and ensure workstreams stay aligned to scope and priorities.
Own Phase 1 delivery plan, onsite cadence, and governance rhythm.
Run weekly working sessions and maintain:
status reporting
RAID log action tracker and decision log
Coordinate Week 1 onboarding + SAP ECC system demo and process download session.
Coordinate Epsilon execution readiness (approvals, access, scheduling) and ensure findings are reviewed with workstreams.
Ensure Phase 1 deliverables are produced on time and are executive-ready:
assessment findings report-out findings-based plan of action / PoV recommendations
Manage escalations, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across customer and TechM teams.

Week 1 Onboarding Requirement (2 Hours)
Facilitate the mandatory onboarding + SAP ECC system demo and process download session:
5+ years SAP project/program management experience (ECC preferred)
Strong governance discipline, stakeholder management, and executive communication
Ability to coordinate onsite delivery teams and drive outcomes quickly
Experience managing stabilization / improvement / assessment-style engagements
Familiarity with analytics-driven prioritization (tickets, hotspots, defect trends)
Experience in manufacturing / aerospace delivery environments
