Senior Developer - Java/Angular

Requirements

Must have:

- Empathetic, humble, motivated, and adaptable work attitude - Experience breaking down complex problems to build resilient, scalable, and manageable solutions - Experience working with Rest APIs - Experience working with databases - Experience with continuous integration and automated deployment - Familiarity with Agile development environments and Agile ceremonies (e.g. stand-up, backlog refinement, sprint planning) - Recent hands-on development experience - Experience working with QAs and automated testing (e.g. TDD / BDD) - Use of GIT or similar for code control and management - Experience leading, coaching, and developing scrum teams - Working knowledge of Angular (preferable) - Working knowledge of Java (preferable) - Experience deploying web applications on large cloud-based service providers (e.g. AWS / Azure) and familiarity with the underlying architecture (preferable) - Understanding of NoSQL database technologies (e.g. MongoDB) (preferable)

- Develop and implement technical solutions that are resilient and scalable - Work closely with team members (designers, product owners, business analysts, and developers) - Deliver excellent experiences for key clients - Develop ideas to find a pragmatic approach to the rapid delivery of prototypes - Enable a reduced time to value for users
