Senior Non-Functional Test Analyst

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience as a Senior Non-Functional Test Analyst - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner - Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights - Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels - Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving - Experience with defining non-functional testing strategies - Background in performance, resilience, capacity, and security testing

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams and customers from early planning stages - Define appropriate non-functional testing strategies for each solution - Design and execute performance testing, resilience and recovery testing, and volume/security testing - Create test strategies, plans, scripts, datasets, and reports - Take ownership of system performance, ensuring availability, scalability, security, and resilience - Plan for peak demand and disaster recovery scenarios - Analyze performance data and identify patterns to improve quality
