Requirements
Must have:
- Advanced Python backend software engineering experience - Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Enjoy learning and picking up new technologies - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP - Some experience with Rust, TypeScript, and/or C - Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices - Degree educated in a STEM discipline
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance backend services in Python - Help build a greenfield platform designed to defend against emerging AI-powered attacks - Take ideas from rapid prototypes through to robust, production-ready systems - Work collaboratively within our R&D engineering team - Help shape both our product and the underlying technology - Choose the right tools to solve complex engineering challenges, including Rust and other modern technologies - Contribute technical ownership, innovation, and continuous learning in a fast-paced R&D environment
