Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and modern frameworks.

System Architecture

Collaborate with the engineering team to design robust system architecture that supports high performance and scalability.

API Development

Build and maintain secure and efficient RESTful APIs that support multiple client applications.

Code Quality

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while ensuring best practices in testing, documentation, and deployment.

Mentorship

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, helping the team grow technically.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What We Are Looking ForExperience

5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with significant experience using Python.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Cloud Knowledge

Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and container technologies like Docker.

Problem-Solving

Ability to design efficient systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance for production applications.

Communication
