We’re working with a fast-scaling AI company building a platform powering real-time voice AI at scale.

They’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help evolve their core backend platform, focused on scalability, performance, and reliability, with Python and Go.

What You’ll Be Doing ⚙️

• Build and scale backend platform services
• Break down a monolith into high-performance services
• Improve observability, compliance, and deployment processes
• Work on real-time AI systems across LLMs, speech, and telephony
• Optimise systems for low latency and high throughput
• Improve developer tooling and platform experience

What They’re Looking For 🧠

• 5+ years backend engineering experience
• Strong Python skills with some Go experience
• Experience with distributed systems
• Comfortable with performance-critical, real-time systems
• Experience decomposing monoliths
• Strong understanding of system design and reliability
