Requirements
Must have:
- Java Core (version 8) - Spring Boot and Spring Framework - Good knowledge of developing in Spring with Hibernate - Good knowledge of developing REST within HTTPS - Experience developing within a microservice architecture - Experience with web services using RESTful APIs - Knowledge of distributed systems - Knowledge and use of software design patterns - Experience with Agile development processes - Experience with CI/CD delivery techniques - Experience with source code management using GIT - Experience using issue tracking systems such as Jira - Experience with UML/SysML using Enterprise Architect or similar
Responsibilities:
- Develop code within an Agile Scrum environment - Work with our team to design, implement and test features for new product development - Estimate tasks in line with sprint planning

This is a contract, hybrid role based in the Portsmouth area. You will join a small, experienced, and collaborative team, with flexible working, training and development, and an hourly rate of circa £55ph via an umbrella company.
