We're working with a leading digital transformation partner delivering critical national infrastructure for the healthcare sector on this exciting opportunity.

Join a high-performing Agile squad dedicated to building secure, user-centered digital services that impact millions. You will leverage a modern full-stack ecosystem featuring React, Python, and AWS to deliver robust software that meets the highest safety and quality standards.

• *The Role
• Lead the development of high-quality software within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing React and TypeScript for sleek, responsive front-end experiences.
• Design and implement scalable back-end logic using Python and a suite of AWS services including Lambda, ECS, and Step Functions.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for both Python and JavaScript to ensure continuous delivery and code reliability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring environments are secure, reproducible, and highly available.
• Contribute to technical design sessions and peer code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared learning.
• *What You'll Need
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python, with a track record of delivering production-grade code in an Agile environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, specifically Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, S3, and SQS/SNS.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with modern observability and monitoring tools like Splunk, and end-to-end testing with Cypress.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to undergo BPSS and SC clearance checks; previous experience within NHS Digital or National Systems is highly advantageous.
