Software Developer (Ruby/Python)

Requirements

Must have:

- 3-5 years experience in Ruby on Rails (or strong backend experience with willingness to cross-train from Python) - Solid commercial software engineering background - Comfortable owning features end-to-end and working in production environments - Interested in mentoring others and growing within a stable product team - Looking for a long-term role rather than short-term contracts

Responsibilities:

- Join a product-focused engineering team working on a live, customer-facing platform used by regulated organisations globally - Engage in the full lifecycle of software development from feature design through to production releases - Collaborate closely with a Dev Manager, Senior Engineers, and offshore developers - Deliver quarterly releases and manage complex change requests - Continuously improve a mission-critical system
