Must have:

- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM - Technical skills in CCaaS (D365 Contact Center) - Proficiency in Power Platform development - Expertise in Customer Service module - Experience with Power Virtual Agents / Co-pilot Studio for chat and voice bot - Familiarity with Azure Communications Services - Knowledge in Dynamics Solution Management - Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps - Proficiency in Power BI Reporting (CCaaS Analytics) - Skills in C# (.Net) and JavaScript (client side in model driven) - Experience managing onsite and offshore teams (desirable)

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, customize, and integrate contact center capabilities - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel - Develop plugins, customer workflows, and PCF controls using C#
