Software Engineer (AWS, Python, C#/C++)

Requirements

Must have:

- Must have a Computing/STEM Degree (2:1 or higher) - 2-8 years proficiency in a commercial Software Engineering role/team using C#, C++ or Python - Experience with AWS / Distributed Computing and Cloud Architecture - Knowledge of software design patterns and modern engineering principles - Familiarity with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Linux platforms - Clear communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in a Mechanical Engineering environment is preferred - Exposure to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) or Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Develop core modules within the Engineering design platform - Integrate modules into a cloud compute environment - Work within an Agile team to tackle complex engineering challenges - Wrap commercial simulation tools and integrate them into automated workflows - Streamline complex engineering processes through high-quality automation - Innovate and solve first-of-their-kind challenges
