We are currently seeking a part time Manager for our team of Software Engineers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software projects, as well as managing a team of talented engineers.

• Leading and managing a team of Software Engineers
• Setting project goals and deadlines
• Monitoring progress and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Providing guidance and support to team members
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback for team members
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the software engineering industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
• A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
