Software Engineer (Full Stack Javascript)

I’m partnering with an ambitious sports gaming platform building the next generation of real-time experiences.

They’re on a mission to create a high-performance, globally scalable platform delivering live, low-latency interactions at serious scale. It’s a small, high-impact team building meaningful tech from the ground up.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience delivering and maintaining production software used by real customers
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with commercial experience in React and Node.js
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and occasionally infrastructure when needed
• Calm, solutions-focused mindset when dealing with complexity or time-sensitive challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Improve existing products by enhancing performance, reliability, and scalability while delivering impactful new features
• Contribute to the development of a future real-time platform and supporting services
• Take direction from senior developers on priorities while confidently suggesting solutions and shaping implementation approaches
• Pair on complex problems, apply feedback, and actively contribute to shared team knowledge
• Remain adaptable as priorities shift, including troubleshooting and resolving issues during live events to ensure seamless user experiences
