Contract Opportunity – Hardware/Software Engineer

Marlow | 6-Month Contract

KDC Projects are looking for an experienced Hardware/Software Engineer to join our customer-based Projects team onsite in Marlow, supporting the delivery of high-reliability systems across aerospace, aviation, defence, and emergency services.

You’ll be working on critical engineering projects including bespoke software applications and advanced avionics/communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DAL-C objectives for existing C-coded software within a Logic Control Unit
• Upgrade and enhance the configuration tool using LabVIEW
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust, safety-critical solutions

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong C / C programming experience
• LabVIEW development experience
• Familiarity with DO-178C airborne software standards
• Strong problem-solving and engineering collaboration skills
• 5–10 years’ industry experience preferred
• BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
