Software Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

- Substantial expertise as a Microsoft Software Developer - Proven expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#), .NET 6, and SQL Server Development - Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) - Knowledge of Continuous Integration and deployment automation - Familiarity with development techniques and design patterns - Experience in Agile Methodologies - Proficient in relational database design - Familiarity with Unit Test Frameworks and Tools (Nunit, Moq, etc) - Experience with Version Control tools and workflows (Azure DevOps, GIT) - Ideally holds a degree and a technical qualification (e.g. MCAD, MCSD, MCTS) - SC Clearance is essential for this position

Responsibilities:

- Develop and support applications to meet scheme requirements within a formal team structure - Contribute to technical development of projects - Assist in implementing new technologies and researching strategic new technologies - Suggest and implement improvements to the application development process, including continuous integration and automation of build, deployment, and testing
