Requirements
Must have:
- Experience in a similar Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role - Deep understanding of Windows Servers and Microsoft products - Broad technical understanding of data security, risk analysis, and threat modelling techniques used in Information Security - High-level knowledge of Linux, networking, firewalls, VPN configuration, Docker, microservices, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS - Proactive, analytical, and able to demonstrate advanced problem-solving ability - Eligible to achieve DV Clearance, meaning we must consider candidates who are British citizens or have been resident for a minimum of 10 years
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales and solution design through to implementation, training, and ongoing success - Collaborate with customers, partners, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions - Lead technical workshops, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations - Provide technical guidance during the sales process and help customers realise long-term value from their investment - Become a subject matter expert across our product portfolio - Support partner enablement and deliver technical training - Identify new business opportunities and help drive product adoption and market growth - Feed customer insights back into Engineering and Product teams to help shape product direction

This is a highly collaborative and influential Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant role based in London with hybrid working, primarily from home with travel to client sites mainly in London and the M4 corridor, and sometimes further afield.
